Description

The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:

* First point of contact for all HR enquiries

* Any HR-related changes; starters, leavers, pay, hours etc

* Providing advice on any HR policies and procedures across the group

* Sickness absence

* Assisting with recruitment advice and support

* HR systems and policy improvements

* Ensuring the SCR is maintained and supporting the HR team with any audits.

Profile

The successful HR Officer must have:

* HR / recruitment experience within education

* Availability to start asap

* Strong communication skills.
