Your new role
We are currently recruiting a Interim Programme and Change Lead for this large public sector organisation. Focusing on a change programme your role will look both internally at the organisations own workforce, but also externally at the communities it serves. The Lead will be responsible for setting up the programme and aligning the objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing the change plan and securing appropriate resource for this.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced programme manager who has also experienced change management - you will be hands on in this respect ! ED&I experience is desirable, but not essential.
This role can be home based, but with the ability to travel to central Birmingham occasionally. This is a contract for up to 12 months.
