Recruitment Co-Ordinator

I am delighted to be partnering with a Professional Services firm in Bristol who are actively recruiting for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator. This role can be full time or part time, hybrid and flexible working is also offered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that loves Recruitment to be part of a large team and focus on Emerging Talent. My client is looking for someone who is ambitious, and creative with an inquisitive mindset who can contribute to the team culture and deliver results.

Working within the Emerging Talent team you will liaise with school leavers, students and graduates who are about to embark on their career. You will support in managing the recruitment cycles over various months to attract and recruit the best early talent in the market. This will involve attending career fairs, school visits, utilising social media and attending in house events. Your role will also involve organising and running assessment centres and conducting work experience interviews. This role is so varied giving you great exposure and development opportunities!

To be successful in this role you will have proven administration and co-ordination experience ideally within a recruitment team. You will take ownership of tasks and be confident in dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication and organisational skills along with being a proactive team player who is driven to succeed. Your understanding of the recruitment process along with being able to identify exceptional talent will be of real interest to my client.
