Ashley Kate HR are working with our client who specialise in education as they look to recruit for a Full Time, Permanent HR Administrator based in Brighton.

This role will be working closely with the rest of the HR team to provide a proactive administration service to multiple sites.
About this role
·Work closely with the recruitment coordinator to assist with all administration including the preparation of recruitment documents, supporting in drafting adverts and logging candidate information.
·Undertake necessary pre employment checks including DBS checks for new starters.
·Handling all new starter and leaver documentation including onboarding.
·Working closely with the HR Partner to assist with the preparation of payroll.
·Assist in minute taking in disciplinary hearings.
·Carry out general HR administration support for the full department
HR Administrator - About you
·Previous experience working in education within a HR function
·Strong system skills including microsoft office
·Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
·CIPD Level 3 is desirable
·Excellent communication skills
