Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large global data and analytics company who are recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join their newly established Reward and Benefits Team. The role will be reporting into the Reward Manager and be working closely with the wider team with a global focus.

About the Role

You will be supporting on cyclical reward processes such as, pay review and benchmarking. The candidate will have the opportunity to be involved with some project work around improving reward policies and process improvement. You will have the opportunity to work on reports such as, attrition, head count and gender pay gap reporting. This is a great role for someone who has reward experience and wants to move into a global role.

Candidate Experience

The successful candidate will have prior reward experience around cyclical reward processes, excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills. You will need to have strong excel skills as well as being able to demonstrate previous experience working with HR systems.
