I am representing a Not-for-Profit organisation based in London. They are recruiting for a Head of HR & Ops to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role

This purpose of this role is to manange the day to day functioning operations of this organisation. You will be responsible for overall HR services, delivering on their facilities, IT and managerial workplans. This role has two direct reports and is a key member of the managment team.

The person

You will have experience managing detailed HR processes, providing best practice through guidance and training. You must have good working knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR legislation. You must have an understanding and experience within facilities management.
