A transformation research charity is looking for a HR Operations Manager to lead the operational HR department, to provide process improvements and efficiency's. The role is initially on a fixed-term contract with the opportunity to go permanent, based in London.

Description

A HR Operations Manager to:

- Lead all HR operational activities across the business

- Line manage 1 HR coordinator

- Manage vendor relationships

- Lead on adhoc projects

- Maintain and develop the HR System

- Have ownership of the HR budget, ensuring approval process

- Lead on any process and policies improvement / development

- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency's

- Improve the employee processes for starters and leavers

- Be a point of contact for complex queries

- Lead in the development and implementation of a new HR system

- Supporting the wider team with a reward and benefits review

- Provide strong decision making and influencing across the wider business

Profile

A HR Operations Manager with:

- Line management experience

- Experience of implementing an integrated system desirable

- Confident working a fast pace environment

- Open to sector background

- Strong stakeholder management experience

- Experience in HR process improvement

Job Offer

HR Operations Manager

Initial FTC with an opportunity to go permanent

Up to £75,000 per annum

30 days A/L + Bank Holidays

Annual Performance Bonus
