Learning & Development Manager

  • Permanent up to £45,000 + bonus + 5% pension

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a UK based law firm circa 650 ppl. The firm is headquartered in London and have recently put big investment into growing their northern presence with a large Manchester hub, Liverpool and Leeds office. This position will be based in, and responsible for, the Leeds office (circa 150 ppl).

What is the role

You will deliver inductions to new starters in the Leeds office as well as coordinate as specialist legal training with external providers. Along with the wider team, you'll create a suite of soft skills and roll out compliance training in line with SRA regulations. This role will also assist in the implementation of a new LMS and champion it's usability.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have experience of having successfully worked in a Learning & Development role, preferably within professional services. Ability to adapt and deal confidently with people of all levels, strong communication skills, and LMS experience is desirable.
