A fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join a successful SME business to assist in shaping HR in order to support the continued growth of an already thriving organistion.

Description

The HR Manager will support the UK and all international locations with operational and strategic HR, including:

  • Responsibility for supporting the People Strategy and aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives across the business.
  • Supporting the Head of HR in realising the HR People Plan in conjunction with the global HR Team, ensuring the business culture and ethos is maintained across the organisation.
  • Overseeing the effective recruitment and retention of the right talent, with appropriate on boarding and induction processes.
  • Building effective working relationships at all levels of the business, providing full HR Business Partner support.

Profile

The successful HR Manager will:

Have experience of dealing with international entities.

  • Be keen to be involved in day to day operational HR coupled with the ability to work at a strategic level to deliver initiatives.
  • Bring ideas to enhance the HR function.
  • Review and implement policies and procedures.
  • Have an interest and/or previous experience of D&I.
  • Prior experience in an SME environment.
