Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a renowned not-for-profit organisation. They are seeking a HR Manager to oversee the HR Operations and Talent team. You will be overseeing the Operations team of 2 and Talent team of 3 while joining wider HR team of 10.

This role is hybrid giving you the chance to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home and is based in East London.

Duties

• Line management and overseeing of the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Oversee all employee relations activity and take lead on the more complex cases.
• Supporting the whole operational employee lifecycle along with the Operations team.
• Leadership and supporting all activity of the Talent Acquisition team including attraction, recruitment, onboarding and job design.
• Overseeing the operations regular duties such as but not limited to performance management; engagement surveys; regular reporting of HR matters; system maintenance; policy management and compliance.
• Supporting the development of all managers such as providing feedback and coaching when required.
• Keeping up to date with development in employment legislation and human resources best practices, as well as market trends.
• Ah hoc duties based on what is required at the time.

An ideal candidate would have line management experience for a HR Operations or Generalist team and have experience performing day-to-day activities of the full employee life cycle. You must have a strong attitude to work in and adapt in a fast-paced environment and remain extremely organised.
