Senior Reward Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are working with one of the UK's leading retail brands who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team. This company is going through a significant period of exciting change and this is a great opportunity to join somewhere where your work will have a real impact on the direction of the business.

Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:

* Managing and developing a team of Reward Managers and Analysts
* Developing a relationship with business partners across the organisation and educating them on reward and how it will impact them
* Looking at the reward proposition, ensuring it is up to date and developing it when necessary
* Supporting with all cyclical reward activities
* Working on a variety of reward projects throughout the year.

We are looking for a highly experienced reward professional with a strategic mindset who has experience managing teams.
