PageGroup UK are currently going through huge areas of growth and are looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team to help support the recruitment needs of our offices in the South of the UK.

Client Details

This is an opportunity to join an established Talent Acquisition team and support the growth of a leading FTSE 250 Global business - hiring across our brands including Michael Page, Page Personnel and Page Executive.

The role mixes high quality resourcing to find some great new additions for our UK offices, business partnering with our senior stakeholders and managing some exciting projects including our DE&I strategy, Employee Branding, Assessment Days and more.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Business partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of PageGroup to understand our organisational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth
  • Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be experts in Talent Acquisition.
  • Upskill the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices
  • Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, and future hires for the business
  • Proactively attract, assess, and secure high-calibre candidates (from graduate up to experienced hires) to join PageGroup
  • Manage and support on Talent Acquisition projects


We are looking to speak with Senior Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Specialists with experience of hiring with a sales market, a rec2rec market or within a similar Recruitment Agency Talent function

  • At least 18 months experience of the above
  • Experience recruiting high volume sales profiles from graduate up to experience consultant level
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by success
