Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large and well-known business who have become an iconic brand that promotes a positive and diverse culture. They are recruiting several Referencing Specialists to deliver compliant referencing packs and processes for new employees. The roles are based in their Glasgow office and offer hybrid working.

What is the role

As a Referencing Specialist, you will work as part of a small and efficient team that delivers a compliant referencing process for all new staff. You will establish full referencing histories, conduct security interviews, create various background checks, and collate packs that meet legislative requirements. It is essential that these Referencing Specialists provide an excellent experience for all stakeholders, communicating regularly and effectively and upholding the brand's values.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and have a strong understanding of compliance, and the importance of attention to detail. You will be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst being passionate about quality service and candidate experience. Previous experience in dealing with compliance, vetting, and referencing is preferred.
