We are working in partnership with a fantastic Marine Energy organisation in London who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role for a seasoned HR Advisor looking for their next step in a varied role with a flexible organisation that offer a great culture.
This role would suit a candidate who has a solid generalist background and has experience with end to end payroll.
What is the role:
Working with the wider people team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice, owning payroll process, recruitment projects and HR Metrics and MI.
You will have a deep understanding of all areas of the business, coaching employees and managers as appropriate. You will be a strong excel user, the ability to juggle many tasks and be a motivated and ambitious individual.
An opportunity not to be missed! Potential for progression into a junior BP remit once established within the business.
Candidate profile/experience:
- Experience working in a busy HR department or in an Generalist HR role for 4+ years
- Payroll experience is essential
- Solid generalist background
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or degree qualified
