  • £150-250 per day plus holiday

  • Hybrid, 1-2 days in of the offices

I am partnering exclusively with a global asset management firm, they are looking for an experienced HR Administrator for their busy HR team due to growth of the company.

The role

You will be covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will also manage the HRIS system, Oracle dealing with the HR inbox and enquiries. There will be occasional travel involved, this may be to any of their offices; Bournemouth, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Belfast.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator will be motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will have over 2 years of experience in a similar HR Admin, Officer, or Coordinator position. You will be used to working at pace in a busy environment and be flexible and agile to change. Ideally, you will have experience using Oracle or other HRIS systems. As there will be travel involved, you will need to have the flexibility to travel to various offices.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to working in tandem with a very experienced Senior HR Business Partner. This company is going through a period of growth and has recently doubled in size, there are lots of changes in process and this is an excellent chance to be involved. This initially is a 2-3 month role, however due to the growth of the company there is also a likely chance this may be extended.
