The Opportunity:
Being a Screening Partner, you will underpin the service offering being provided to our clients by working with Business Partners to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes advising on sourcing options, working with internal talent pools, delivering screening and selection criteria to determine suitable candidates, creation and management of external talent pools and management of campaigns.
What does it look like day to day:
Pre-screen all applications daily to ensure requirements are satisfied for the candidate and client
Conduct telephone interviews daily based on pre-scripted pro forma
Administer job specific assessments and selection criteria for candidates
Manage specific campaign response and conduct screening and short-listing support for Sourcing
Manage the talent pool to keep the database current through mail shots and phone calls to ensure integrity of the database
Administration of Assessment centres, when required
Responsible for collating feedback on candidates from Hiring Managers and ensuring that this is recorded in the ATS and, where appropriate, share with candidates.
Talent pooling of unsuccessful candidates for consideration for other roles.
Responsible for posting vacancies to external job boards and on completion withdrawing or closing them on the job boards
Manage periodic mailers to maintain candidates' interest.
Aminister and respond to all correspondence as required

Someone who is able to build customer relationships, listen to others sharing knowledge and working together with your team. Being able to use creativity, be adaptable to change and handle a fast past environment.

A few things to ensure you thrive in your new role:
Work closely with Recruitment Partners and / or Sourcing Partners to understand volumes and campaigns
Build and maintain effective working relationships with candidates internally and externally in response to vacancies and internal mobility
Advise Hiring Managers of advertising options and the most appropriate sourcing tools.
Provide support to team members to meet and exceed all contractual and internal SLAs
Identify and make recommendations for service and process improvements to continually improve our service
Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring accuracy of data captured in ATS to provide accurate data and MI

Good education level with literacy and numeracy grades/equivalent business experience essential
Good professional communication skills; written and verbal
Accurate data entry and good level of IT skills
Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines
Ability to work in a pressurised environment and manage multi priorities
Experience of extracting information in a confident professional manner
Experience of working in a service environment desirable
Organisation and flexibility essential
Use of Word, Excel and Outlook
