Your new company
A global business in the heart of Chelmsford are looking for a HR Specialist to join their large HR team, ensuring that effective processes and procedures are in place.



Your new role
Your job will be working within the HR team, dealing with HR queries, support the general HR administration processes such as starters and leaver, and employee changes, you will design, develop and maintain process, Maintaining employee data accurately and supporting in HR projects.


What you'll need to succeed

• Working on and/or understanding an end to end process in HR, e.g. Recruitment, Onboarding,
• Working on projects and supporting the implementation of changes to process
• A CIPD Qualification or interest in and committed to obtaining one
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills is essential
• Experience of using multiple systems
• Good working knowledge of HR policy and best practice

What you'll get in return
