A brand new role within a large organisation due to continued growth and development. This ED&I role is very much to lead the delivery of the ED&I strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and providing guidance and advice to support change across the business

DUTIES

• Lead the ED&I strategy, focus on driving a community of inclusivity and culture and working closely with many stakeholders to achieve this
• Embed ED&I principles across the policy and procedures of the business, supporting with expert advice and advising on key areas
• Creating and implementing key initiatives that will support the business strategy, communicating and delivering across the wider business
• Work closely with leaders to achieve positive cultural change and ensure that EDI is part of the company's values and embedded with the organisation

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You will have strong Equality, Diversity and Inclusion experience gained at senior level previously,
• You will have worked in a larger complex business and be used to navigating many key stakeholders
• Strong legislative knowledge, being a subject matter expert in ED&I and a champion of delivering best practice
• Experience of implementing initiatives and measured success
• A passion for everything ED&I is key as is strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships and managing a team
