International Reward Manager
- 6 month Fixed Term Contract
- Circa £90,000
- City of London
- Hybrid working 2 days in the office per week
Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting new role with a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City on an International Reward Manager position.
What is the role
As Reward Manager you will work collaboratively with the reast of the reward team to develop a market leading total reward offering. This role includes supporting the annual salary review, an day to da reward operational activities. You will be helping to drive the reward strategy to attract, retain and reward the best people.
Experience required for this role includes
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with hands on experience of salary and bonus reviews, including benchmarking, systems, recognition tools, performance management and benefit policies. Experience in a partnership or professional services environment and with Successfactors is also advantageous.
