Payroll & Benefits Manager
Circa £70k
Hybrid - London 3 days
Oakleaf partnership have partnered with a leading professional services organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to run their payroll function.
This role will play a key part in the HR function and require a people focused individual who enjoys working closely with others due to the customer facing element of the role. You will be an excellent relationship builder and have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with our stakeholders within the business.
Day in the life of the role…
* Undertaking sole responsibility for start-to-finish in-house payroll
* Undertaking FPS, EPS, P60, P32, SMP, SSP and all electronic statuary reporting to HMRC on monthly and annual basis
* Processing cash benefits
* Handling reconciliations with our payroll system - adjustments/changes
* Organising annual pay review process and bonus awards
* Managing various payroll reporting, working closely with the finance department
* Ensuring accuracy with all European payrolls
* Supporting our HR team with the benefit renewal process and liaising with our multiple vendors
* Reviewing our current packages and offering to our employees and helping to promote new benefit launches
* Reviewing cost of benefits and assisting with annual budget renewals
* Year End Payroll submissions
* Processing month end pension submissions
* Reconciliation of our pension policies and ensuring the correct NI codes are being reported
The ideal candidate
* Experience in delivering start-to-finish in-house payroll
* Confident with processing pension payments
