Senior HRBP

I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global consumer business enjoying rapid growth in the UK and Europe.

As part of the growth and expansion of the People team, and the building of a European Centre of Excellence, we are looking to hire a best in class Senior HR Business Partner.

You will be partnering with functional leads, across Europe and working alongside the P&C Leadership to develop and deliver the people strategy for your customer group. You will serve as a true trusted advisor for the Executive team, embedding the business partner model, aswell as providing expertise, guidance and coaching to leaders managing highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters.

We are looking to hear from established and confident HR Business Partners, preferably from manufacturing, consumer or similiar environments. You will have people management experience, and have partnered at Executive level in your current role.

It is vital that you have experience of more than just the UK. Ideally Europe, but other countries if not.

You will need to be comfortable in an agile, fast-paced and demanding environment.
