People Partner

Your new role
I'm pleased to be working with one of our public sector clients to support them in the recruitment of a People Partner working within the employee relations team. This role is for a 6 month FTC with the potential to go permanent.

The role of People Partner will provide advice and guidance to management and the senior leadership team on all people issues. You'll have the opportunity to work proactively on delivering the People Strategy whilst supporting the wider business on projects.

Where required you'll be able to support with the workforce and succession planning and other organisational change issues, referring them to specialist OD people partners.

What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit someone who has experience working at Advisor level and is able to work independently and in a proactive way. CIPD qualification will be beneficial for this role as well as experience preparing and conduct investigations, disciplinaries, grievance, appeal and performance meetings. Knowledge of unions will be beneficial for this position.

I am looking for someone who is able to start this role as soon as possible. This role would be great for a professional looking to gain exposure to a range of complex cases.
