Description
- Report directly into the Head of HR BPs with a doted line to the Head of Service
- Work closely with leaders of the function to provide expert advice guidance and support
- Design and implement Strategic HR Plans, processes and solutions
- Lead on the three pillars of the HR Deliverables; Leadership talent and skills, Performance and Reward and Policy and HR Service
- Champion the DEI agenda
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record operating at Senior HR BP level
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Generalist HR skills as well as experience operating at a strategic level
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Ideally from Professional or Financial Services background
