HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner, Based in Southampton, permanent position. Up to £47,000 + £5,700 car allowance. Hybrid working on offer.

I am delighted to have partnered with a rapidly growing and well-established organisation based in Southampton to help them recruit a passionate and proactive HR Business Partner. My client is a market leading organisation, who pride themselves in delivering an outstanding service, striving to earn trust and loyalty. They believe there is no greater asset in their business than their people.

This is a pivotal role for the southern region, supporting circa 200 people across six offices. You will support the HR Director, acting as a true HR Business Partner, in developing and delivering a successful People strategy in line with company growth. You will get involved with new initiatives and projects and support employees and senior management with all aspects of HR. As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a single point of contact to the business, advising on company policies and procedures, managing employee relations formalities and providing guidance in the design and delivery of effective employee engagement. You will also be responsible for coaching and advising leaders to navigate their people agendas, identify training requirements and manage various HR Projects.

To be successful in the role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a HR Business Partner role. My client is looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual who can effectively partner senior stakeholders, help drive change in a fast-paced environment and work in both a strategic and operation capacity. If you have experience of mergers and acquisitions and are CIPD qualified this will be of great interest.
