Oakleaf Partnership are Midlands are partnering with a well known Transport Organisation to help recruit a HR Business Partner.
This position is a Full Time, Permanent role working on a hybrid model of 2 days in their Birmingham office and 3 days remotely. This is a great role working in an established HR team reporting into the HR Partnering Manager.
The organisation are looking for an experienced Generalist HR Business Partner to mainly support with complex case management across ER/Maternity/Return to work plus many more. Other requirements would be to advise and enable colleagues and line managers on the professional aspects of HR including management of employees, HR policy and process, and legal implications or complex cases.
