Interim OD Consultant

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Organisational Design and Development consultant to work with key stakeholders to help define, develop and embed organisational design changes to help the organisation achieve their target operating model.

Your new role
Working as part of a transformation project team, you will be responsible for reviewing the current operational model and implementing changes to enhance customer experience. Working in partnership with the senior stakeholders, you will use OD practices and methods to develop excellence and regulatory compliance. This change could involve changes to structure, processes and systems as well as culture, skills and behavioural change.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced OD consultant who has a proven track record in transformational change. This role will be for an initial 6 month period, with the option for extension. The organisation offer hybrid working, with the anticipation of 1-2 days a week in the office.
