Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 6 month FTC. You will be supporting the HR Advisor's and the HR BP, in all HR administration tasks.

Description

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• First point of contact for ER cases
• Escalate HR matters when necessary
• Administration for the employee life cycle, hires, promotions, leavers ect
• Organise the induction and smooth welcome to the company
• Respond and process absence issues
• Support managers with the probation process
• Ensure the HR systems are up to date
• Process payroll adjustments and ad hoc payment
