Interim ER Manager - Financial Services - London Hybrid - Immediate start - Competitive day rate inside scope of IR35
A global financial services business
As the Interim ER Manager/Advisor you will be responsible for managing a variety of Employee Relations case work spanning investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and misconduct ensuring minimised risk to the business. You will also be responsible for coaching managers with regards to employee relations issues as well as ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and as efficient as possible. You will also be responsible for tracking data and analysing trends.
It is essential that you have worked as an Interim ER Consultant within a financial services matrix business. You will be able to demonstrate managing a range of complex ER cases and will have strong stakeholder management to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to a 9 month contract working in the London office 3 days per week. For the right person this could become a permanent role.
