A new and exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a reputable University based in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity.

Client Details

A fast-paced University located in Central London, offering hybrid working.

Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

* Supporting and guiding to managers on HR policies

* Providing advice on employee relations queries

* Supporting HRBPs in workforce planning, reviews, initiative and reporting

* Undertaking job evaluations and liaising with hiring managers on various posts

* HR project work.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

* Experience at HR Officer / Advisor level and the ability to provide advice on a range of employee relations cases

* Education or Public sector experience would be beneficial

* Strong interpersonal skills and good stakeholder management.
