Oakleaf is excited to be partnering with a trading and brokerage company based in London who are recruiting for a Benefits Assistant. The role will be looking to support on all benefit matters including responding to employee queries and providing general assistance to the Benefits Manager as required.
The role
The Benefits Assistant will be the first point of contact on day-to-day benefit-related queries. Responsibilities will also include preparing benefit renewals and initiatives. This will involve keeping employee data up to date, dealing with stakeholders and being a benefit platform super user.
Your experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an employee benefits role.
