Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a respected Global charity on an interim Global Finance Director role.  This is a part time role 2 -3 days per week.

This position is going to be for a period of 3 - 6 months and covering whilst an interim promotion is in process.  With headquarters based in Cheadle you will be overseeing a team of 3 and you must have a proven background in a global company and also charity experience.  

You will be taking the lead on paying funds from the UK office through intermediary banking systems to Field Offices and also provide oversight and assurance for external auditing requirements.

You will conduct monthly and annual reporting and oversee cash flow by tracking transactions and reviewing internal reports. You will review and develop all international finances processes and review all international office financial plans and budgets
You will collaborate with Finance Managers and internal Audit ensuring proper compliance in accordance with all regulations.  You will also need to be aware of any changes in global financial regulations and advise respective stakeholders on matters as they arise.

Interim Global Finance Director - About you

  • Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA is essential
  • Significant global finance experience within an international charity is highly desirable
  • You must have  proven leadership experience
  • You must be able to start immediately and happy to travel to Manchester at least twice a month - expenses are paid if you are not local.
