Our client are looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to run their own division, specialising in recruiting skilled blue-collar workers.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for your own division within the Skilled Blue-Collar sector with duties including:

• Supporting hiring managers from job creation through to offer & on-boarding
• Direct sourcing through job boards & social media
• Shortlisting CVs & screening candidates
• Managing recruitment trackers
• Collation of recruitment data and the creation of reports

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with the option to work hybrid from home 2 days a week.

What you'll need to succeed
For this position are client are open to recruiters from an in-house or agency background and prior experience recruiting for skilled blue-collar workers in engineering, manufacturing, logistics or similar would be desired. You will be skilled in direct sourcing candidates using LinkedIn & social media and be confident in dealing with line managers & seniors up to board level. You will be experienced in managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for recruiting the best talent.
