Your new company

Your new company are a well recognised multinational Financial Services business based in Northwich. They are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their close-knit, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to kickstart their HR career with the added benefit of funding for a CIPD level 3 qualification.

Your new role

As a HR Administrator you will carry out generalist HR Activity as well as recruitment. The Hr function is a pivotal role in supporting the overall business strategy. Duties will include; pre-employment checks, reference letters, recruitment coordination and supporting on HR projects. You will be part of a HR Team that concentrates on how they can enhance and add value to people. The successful candidate will have a desire to pursue a career in HR as well as having previous experience working in admin heavy role. You must be a team player, capable of working in a fast paced environment and adaptable.
