Oakleaf Partnership are representing a UK based law firm that offers services across employment, medical negligence, personal injury, and family law. This is a replacement role for the central HR functions team, focusing on ER casework across all areas of the group.
What is the role
You'll assist with a wide range of ER casework across the volume and specialist areas of the business. This means you'll have exposure to industry specific cases and work with fee earners, while also handling work from the shared service and customer side. You'll be able to walk junior managers through a process and explain the rationale behind it, relying on your up to date employment law knowledge. Although supported by a manager for complex cases, you'll also be conducting investigations into disciplinary action, grievances and be present for appeals, review concluded ER matters, and consult on projects such as restructures.
Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, taking pride in providing a thorough and commercially minded approach to ER casework. You'll have confidence and influence to win trust with your stakeholders and establish great working relationships. Someone with a background in/passion for specialising in ER is essential, with experience handling cases end to end.
If you would like to be considered for this opportunity or have any questions, please apply or reach out to Lana Gough for more information.
