What you'll need to succeed

Due to the limited number of strategic, HR leadership vacancies locally, in order to be considered you will be working at a similar level in a medium to large sized organisation. You must have experience leading an experience HR team of business partners. If not manufacturing experience, you'll have similar, transferable sector experience in a unionised environment.
