Your new role
You will work in conjunction with the Head of HR, the Leadership Team and management teams to create and implement a long-term learning plan aligned to the wider company's training strategy, building string relationships with key managers across the business to develop their focus on people development. As well as leading your training team, you will plan, co-ordinate, design and deliver training sessions for a broad range of skills and abilities using your expert presentation, coaching and facilitation skills. In assessing development needs and performing effective gap analyses, you will build on the required skills and capabilities of the company and facilitate their long-term success.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in designing and facilitating high-quality learning resources, presenting a blended approach to L&D which delivers on quality. As well as a degree or similar level qualification, you will have previous experience of working in a fast-moving and dynamic industry which encompasses a diverse range of employees and a mix of white and blue collar workers. You will have string communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and a resilient and flexible approach to work.
