Senior People Partner - up to £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits. Hybrid role based from home with 2 days a week in London.
Our client is a successful and ambitious consultancy firm, with a strong client base, a reputation for service excellence and an exciting future. They have recently secured significant investment to support their ambitious growth plans and as a result they are now looking to recruit a Senior People Partner to join the HR team. This is a high-profile role within a small business and will need someone with good experience in a similar environment as well as the confidence to work in partnership with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be a true generalist with the ability to manage people and projects in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Responsibilities will include;
- Drive D&I, wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the business. Develop the EVP in order to attract and retain top talent. Develop and deliver training, coaching and mentoring across the business. Manage a small operational HR team and be the point of escalation for all HR queries. Lead on talent management across the business. Drive and deliver continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
As a senior HR professional in the business you will be expected to work closely with managers to understand their changing needs and support them fully from an HR perspective. You will need to be in London twice a week.
The successful candidate will have
- Proven success in a dynamic, growing organisation working as a true HR generalist. Confidence dealing with demanding stakeholders at all levels. Strong business acumen and the ability to find effective solutions to solve commercial challenges. A degree and relevant CIPD qualifications as well as evidence of further CPD.
