Your new company
Our retail client who are market leaders with a real passion for sustainability and mindful living are currently seeking a HR Administrator to support the HR Manager.

Your new role
Reporting into the HR manager this is a generalist role supporting through the full employee lifecycle with duties including:

  • Supporting with recruitment from advertising to on-boarding
  • New starter compliance
  • Employee contracts
  • Keeping HR systems & people records up to date
  • Assisting with monitoring & reporting employee absence
  • Assisting with data reports
  • GDPR compliance

This is a permanent position and the client are offering flexible hours Monday to Friday between 25 to 39 hours. Standard hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with a 1pm finish on a Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
For this position are client are looking for confident administrators who have previous HR experience and experience providing admin support across the full employee lifecycle. You will have experience of using and maintain a HR system and be overall IT literate with all MS office & MS teams. You will have Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with employees, managers and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with HR Experience looking to really specialise in a HR generalist role with a fair, inclusive and growing company.
