Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for a People Advisor to join a well-established media brand based in central London. Nearest station: Farringdon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at HR Coordinator/Officer level ready to take the next step into an Advisor position, or someone with a year as an Advisor under their belt who is keen to take on more responsibility and be involved with various exciting projects.

You will be working closely with another People Advisor, reporting to the Head of HR, supporting your own division within the business providing frontline HR support to managers and employees.

This is a very generalist position, supporting a client group of up to 200 people in the UK on all BAU duties including ER cases when they arise. The business are very forward thinking and open to new ideas, so ideally looking for someone who is proactive and can run with initiatives on their own if needed.

This is also a superb opportunity for someone looking for future growth as well as there is a progression route on offer for the right person!

Experience required:
- At least two years' experience within a HR Generalist position
- Strong stakeholder management - very key! The business needs someone who is able to support a client group of people who rely on HR quite heavily.
- Ideally previous experience within the media/advertising space
