Global Organisational Design Lead - M&A / TOM / HR - FTSE 100

FTSE 100 services company with c2000 employees globally. A market leader within their field, they have enjoyed consecutive years of growth via organic and acquisitive means. Due to this success, they are investing in their global people team and hiring a Senior HR & Organisational Design Partner.

Reporting to a Global HR Director, you will partner with C-Suite and Country Leads as well as HR peers on change-based projects including organisational design, acquisitions, and subsequent harmonisation. You will support project timelines and develop best HR practice that can be utilised for organisational change initiatives. You will join steering co's and build credibility quickly with your senior stakeholder group as you challenge and influence projects underway. You will join a skilled, global HR team.

As a Senior HR Partner you will have significant experience in organisational design and delivering projects, ideally on a global scale. You will be skilled in partnering with HR peers on people-based projects, influencing others and be a confident communicator who holds credibility with senior commercial leads. Joining an experienced HR team, good academics are preferred, and a Prince 2 qualification will be well received but is not essential.

Remuneration is £85,000, 10% bonus and flexible / mostly remote working.
