HR Advisor

You will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to specified functions within the business, covering all aspects of HR.

• Responsible for all temporary labour on-site liaising with agencies to source and manage the need for temporary labour as well as managing the agency to agreed KPI's
• Responsible for recruitment of apprentices, interns and graduates. Liaising with mentors and managers to support development needs.
• Responsible for the learning management system identifying training needs
• Assist with employee relations including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement plans, probation periods, new employee orientations and exit interviewing.
• Support managers in handling absence including long term absence management and referrals to medical practitioners and insurance providers to help lower absence levels and provide high levels of customer service
• Assist employees with general HR related queries, managing the HR email account to ensure employee queries are resolved in a timely manner with high levels of customer service
• Recommend policies and procedures to enhance delivery of HR services.
• Production of HR and Management reports.
• Support the payroll process ensuring checks are complete.
• Work on salary administration, benefits projects, special group projects and other generalist duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrates knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in one functional areas such as recruitment, employee and/or employee relations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• CIPD Level 5 (qualified or working towards).
