Were seeking a Recruitment Advisor/Recruitment Partner to join a large organisation in Dorset


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor / Recruitment Partner to join a large and established organisation. This will be engaged on an initial 6 months contract basis

In this role you will support our recruitment and selection processes, using new and innovative strategies for attracting key talent and building the pipeline for our current and future resourcing needs.
Ensuring that inclusivity is embedded throughout, you'll play an influential role in promoting our brand which celebrates and showcases the culture and values. You will support managers in ensuring that we have the right people and teams to deliver their strategy.

About you
Were seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor / Recruitment Partner depending on level of experience with a background of in-house recruitment and possess a contemporary understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction across all levels.
With recent experience of direct sourcing tools and online candidate search methodology, you'll have a recent track record of talent and passive candidate attraction .
With exceptional organisational skills, you possess the ability to influence and engage with people at all levels and backgrounds.


Candidates
Were seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor / Recruitment Partner who has knowledge of recruitment practice including Managing recruitment campaigns, complex and hard to fill vacancies and supporting managers with recruitment, assessment centres and potentially up to executive search.
We are open on experience level from intermediate recruiters through to senior recruitment partner professionals

Ideally the role would be undertaken on a full time basis but possible to consider 4 days per week for the right person. Hybrid working ie 3 days on site in Bournemouth and 2 days WFH

I initial 6 months contract on an hourly rate basis via Hays
