Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting our client to attract an experienced HR Advisor for this exciting role. This facilities management company are looking for a someone hands-on who will hit the ground running to be the HR first point of contact on a national multi-site contract.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to provide support to the business in a HR Generalist capacity including the ongoing management of Employee Relations cases. You will be the main point of contact for HR queries across multiple sites, providing support and guidance to managers across the full employee life cycle.

This role offers hybrid working, with up to 4 days per week spent either in the office or at one of the managed sites, and the remainder of the week spent working from home. You will be managing a large client group across many sites, and so multi-site experience is necessary. You will also be travelling frequently and so a driving license is required.

As a successful applicant, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience working in an HR Advisory capacity
* Experience in dealing with ER
* Hands-on, adaptable, and flexible
* Practical problem solver
* Good communication skills
* Some knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
* Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
* CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
