Recruitment Partner- Sheffield - Hybrid Working - £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Your new role
I am working with a Sheffield based company who are looking for a bright, proactive Recruitment Partner to join their HR team. The role of Recruitment Partner will play a key part in the business and HR strategy to build a pipeline of professionals and evolve ways of engaging and attracting talent.
This role will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including ATS system management, advertising roles and be the point of contact to liaise with hiring managers around their recruitment needs. You'll be a valued member of the team responsible for reviewing and monitoring recruitment activities and providing feedback on industry best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would be suited for someone with a background in recruitment or talent acquisition and is looking for an exciting new opportunity in a rapidly expanding organisation.
I am looking for somebody who is not only confident with sourcing candidates and engaging with new clients but also is willing to support and train managers with effective interview processes.
- Previous HR System or ATS experience.
- The ability to handle and work with sensitive and confidential information.
