A new and exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a University based in Central London. This is a 12 month FTC initially with the possibility of extension.

Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

* Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and procedures

* Supporting a large scale organisational change programme.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

* HR Advisor experience in higher education / unionised background

* Experience of redundancy / consultation process

* Strong with data analytics

* Great communication skills.
