Regional HR BP-Interim-9 Months, £250-£300 per day PAYE.

Hays are excited to represent a leading infrastructure organisation, who promote social and environmental sustainability and employee health and well-being is integral to the organisation.

Your new role
As an interim Regional HR BP-9 Months, you will be part of a busy HR team, reporting to the Head of HR. You must be flexible and prepared to support across a couple of blue collar areas of the organisation.
The role is a fast-paced, hands on operational role, business partnering stakeholders. This role will involve travel, on average 3 days per week, mainly covering London and the South with some travel to Wales and can be home based on the other two days.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing TUPE In and Out from end-end.
  • New business mobilisation.
  • Managing complex ER Cases.
  • Coaching and delivering training on HR best practice.
  • Supporting with any HR projects and initiatives as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR BP, who has ideally been working in large, fast-paced, blue collar worker, commercial industries. You must have recent experience managing large scale and complex TUPE processes from end-end and experience of new business mobilisation would be advantageous. You must also have experience managing complex ER cases from end-end. You must have a full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle. You must be prepared to travel on average 3 days per week. You must be able to start with no more than 2 weeks notice.
