Page Group are a FTSE 250 Recruitment Consultancy operating globally in 36 countries. They specialise in recruiting across 20+ different sectors and are now looking to grow their London based teams in the City of London.
Description
The key responsibilities of an Associate Recruitment Consultant is:
- Build and grow a client and candidate portfolio
- Conduct business development calls
- Organise meetings and attend pitches with prospective clients
- Manage the entire recruitment process
- Interview candidates to understand their requirements
- Brief candidates to ensure they are fully prepared before any interviews
- Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively
- Internally networks to build business relationships
