Recruitment & Training Coordinator
- Permanent
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Based on experience)
- Benefits: Highly established firm, Clear career development, Close collaborating team
- Central London
- Hybrid working 2 -3 days in office
The Role
- Draft job descriptions, screenings, candidate sourcing, liaising with agencies, shortlisting, conducting interviews
- Generate strong ties with the wider HR and recruitment team
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Onboarding and all pre hire communication
- Ongoing training and development for all staff
- Support all in training and ensure processes are running smoothly
The experience/profile needed
- Ability to work well in a team and build strong rapports with others
- Extremely organised and strong attention to detail
- The ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience using LinkedIn recruiter preferable
- Previous HR or L+D experience is preferable
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong experience with scheduling
- Degree qualified/equivalent
