HR Business Partner - Part time London up to £60000

Your new role
You will be working in a team of 2 supporting a head count of around 55 reporting into the HR Manager. Working alongside Directors and other Senior Managers, you will be passionate about championing the people agenda and identifying creative ways to enable individuals to realise their full potential. Some specific accountabilities will include the following:
HR Projects - these could range from overseeing CSR initiatives, driving the Engagement agenda eg designing, running and implementing the outputs of the staff survey Benchmarking - ensuring our benefits are commensurate and competitive Recruitment and retention - A focus on retention initiatives alongside creatively identifying and recruiting diverse and talented individuals Policy development - ensuring our policies reflect the needs of our team whilst being compliant and up to date on legislative changes.

What you'll need to succeed
Experienced BP operating at senior level Strong knowledge of Employment Law Flexible and able to influence at senior level
