Exciting opportunity to join a growing facilities management company! Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Cheshire,  you'll be working 4 days in the Office, and Friday from home!
Salary £22,000
Working hours 8.30 am/9.00am to 5.00pm/5.30pm

About you:
·Proven experience in HR Administration/ fast-paced environment
·Good understanding of policies and processes
·Willing to learn and develop within the business
·Computer literacy ( Excel in particular)
·Excellent organizational skills
The role will include:
·Providing administrative support to the HR department by processing and recording information into the in-house system.
·Housekeeping of in-house system by updating data
·Ensure telephone enquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
·Have experience of processing and on boarding new starters.
·Completion of running HR reports.
·Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken
·Monitor exit questionnaires and be on top of the questionnaires for upcoming leavers.
·Support the HR Department with basic administration i.e., letters/HR documentation.
·Managing all DBS requirements
